Treasure Chest Thursday - Slemmons Album pages 16-17

Here we go again. MORE pictures from the Slemmons photo album. We are now up to pages 16 & 17. Here they are:

Here is a closer look at page 16.

The paper label states: "Mr & Mrs Walter (Wat) Slemmons bro of Fannie Barton." We have seen Walter "Watt" Slemmons in a previous posting found here. On that page I posted the vital dates for Walter. His wife, Mary Ann Meredith was born in 1873 in California and died 12 May 1946 in Seattle, King County, Washington. He and Mary had one son, Richard W Slemmons.

The paper label states: "Milton Glover son of Mr & Mrs Cander Glover (Lillie's) grandson of Mr & Mrs J W Munday." Ok, this cute little dress wearing child is Milton Glover. Mr and Mrs Cander Glover is Lillie Neal Munday and Candor Glover. Lillie and Cander were married 1 Aug 1909 in Metcalfe County, Kentucky.
